Day of the Party.......
Balance must be paid BEFORE the party begins--- Parent/Guardian MUST sign a Liability/Release Form, which covers EACH child that is participating.
--- All participants must remove old polish prior to services--- On each package deal, you can add up to 2 additional girls for an additional fee!
